Nelson has 34 year of experience in the field of making shoes and orthotics. He was first licensed as a Certified Orthopedic Footwear Specialist in the US in 1987 and was certified here in Canada in 2010. In 2006 he became a certified fitter for compression stockings. Nelson will conduct your initial Foot Assessment and build your Custom Made Shoes and Orthotics.

Joan has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2022. She is an expert in relaxation, deep tissue, and lymphatic massage.

I graduated with an Advanced Massage Therapy Diploma from CDI College in 2011 and have built a strong reputation for effective treatments and strong hands. My focus includes conditions like sciatica and piriformis syndrome, as well as prenatal, Swedish, and relaxation massage. Whether you're managing chronic pain or simply need to unwind, my goal is to provide personalized care that supports your overall well-being.
