What is Direct Billing?
Direct billing for massage therapy is a payment arrangement where a service provider sends the invoice directly to a third party, typically an insurance company or employer, rather than billing the individual who received the service. This system streamlines the payment process by allowing the third party to review and pay the bill on behalf of the individual.
We do direct billing for all of the massage services we provide.

Before your massage, our front desk staff will gather the necessary information to bill your insurance. This includes your group number or contract number, your ID or plan number, your date of birth, and your full name. If you are a dependent under someone else's plan, we will also need their information.
While you are receiving your massage, our front desk staff will submit a claim on your behalf. After your massage, they will inform you of the coverage you have received. You will then be asked to pay the remaining portion of your fee at the front desk.
